 | Science and wisdom | | As opposed to what one believes,
philosophy is essential with science.
The scientific step starts frompresupposed philosophical
and ofthe search of a philosophical conscience.
| | Limits of a criticism
Philosophy is not science and it is true that itdoes not have its effectiveness.
But those which criticize itoften do not know what they say and how much it isuseful for science.
Initially, it is importantto recall that there is a criticism of the philosophy which does not havea value.
To criticize philosophy, it is already to makephilosophy.
One cannot think againstthe thought.
Because to criticize the thought has direction only if onethinks.
Without what, to think philosophy to proposenot to think more, it is not to respect its own thought.
From thispoint of view, true criticisms of philosophy themselves were always the philosophers,
whenrealizing that philosophy thought without rigour,
theyinvited it, like Plato or Descartes, to inform itselfnear science. But there is not essence.

The combat of the Lights
At the XVIIIe century, with Lights,
the philosophers are done to call the physicists. lilies make vision rational of the world a philosophical stake. Stressing that ignorance and the irrational one make live humanity in misery and the archaism, they militate for the reason. Without their combat which emerge, at the time of the revolution Frenchwoman of 1789, on the creation of Institutes where practical today fundamental research, science would never have existed in its form current.
Organizedconscience Forsome
a numberof scientists, matter is considered like organized conscience. When one analyzes
the report/ratio enters universe and the brain,
one goes count that it is established by the memory and information. The universe appears such large machine to be distributed memory and to preserve
information.
"Science without conscience is only ruin heart "
Rabelais (1494-1553). | Science,
who comes from the choice
philosophical of the reason,
turns more and more to the conscience |
|
| | Science comes from philosophy If there had never been philosophy,
therewould never have been science.
Because, as well as Martin Heidegger( 1889-1976) underlined,
if the fact of making physicsis business of science,
the fact that there is a mannerphysician of seeing the world
is a business ofphilosophy.
Why?
Because to see the world in a rational wayand objectifies does not go from oneself.
Likeshowed it the large sociologist maxWeber (18641920), it was necessary to arrive from there there a truerevolution of the spirit.
With the appearance ofphilosophy to the Life century before J.-C.
a turning emerges. One passes from a "magic" world where the myth mixeswith the subjective and religious elements with the apprehension ofreality, in a "disillusioned" world which tries to letremain only one objectivereport/ratio with the things.
MaxWeber indicated this transformation by a famous remained formula:"disenchantment of the world" Suchan approach was not done without upheavals.
See the world in a rational way, a philosophical choice?
Let us remove tomorrow the philosophy which explains us why it is important to see reality rationally, Ci itwill not have there more science!
| | Philosophy is the future of science
Founder of science formerly, philosophy remains essential nowadays. Initially, to classify knowledge andthe knowledge one has.
The scientistswho act always do not havetime to include/understand what they do. They miss retreat. Auguste Count(1798-1857),
Augustin Cournot (1801-1877) yesterday, MichelSerres and EdgarMorin today, operated syntheses allowing to include/understand what is in hand.
Moreover, per hour whenthe genetic engineering is onthe way to be able to manufacture an artificialman and to cause a new cruelty in the history of humanity, one has more than ever need forthe philosophers in order to point out what isa man.
Lastly, science teachingus that universe
goes towardsthe maximum of complexity andconscience,
the scientists takemore and more with serious the philosophywhich practises the awakening of the conscience.
