Philosophy appeared at the VI century before Jesus-Christ.

Since, it has not ceased being the object of a lawsuit brought by those
who reproach the philosophy for being confused because it is not a science,
for being useless because it is not a technique delivering the receipts of life,
for being dead because all would have been thought by the ancient people and that us, contemporary men, would come too late.

Vis-a-vis with this indictment at the very least overpowering,
it appears necessary to show that philosophy
is neither confused, neither useless, nor dead.

The college and the University testify:
both indeed believed good to teach it like a critical discipline;
in the same way, nowadays in the current society, some groups of journalists,
doctors and politicians invite the philosophers to help them
to understand the world in which they live.

Lastly, the history of the philosophy itself,
from where came so much ideas which made the progress of the
History and which still inspires it, cals upon the philosophy.
